The NEMO Workforce Development Board is soliciting applications through a Request for Proposal process for providers of youth programs that can demonstrate measurable, positive impact on youth. The Youth Program is authorized under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Youth-serving organizations are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) as an important step toward building a network of integrated youth services, one that helps youth succeed in school, at work, and as members and leaders of their communities as well as serving business customers in meeting their workforce and talent needs. The Title I WIOA Youth Program will be conducted throughout the sixteen northeast Missouri counties.
The contract funding period awarded under this RFP will be July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. Responses should, at a minimum, meet the specifications contained in the RFP to be considered.
Sealed proposals will be received until 12:00 p.m. March 23, 2018. A public opening of proposals will take place on March 23, 2018 at 12:15 p.m. CDT at the NEMO WDB Office located at 111 East Monroe Street, Paris, MO 65275.
