The NEMO Workforce Development Board oversees the local workforce investment efforts in its sixteen county region in Northeast Missouri. The NEMO WDB oversees three Missouri Job Centers – Hannibal, Kirksville and Warrenton and an Affiliate Centers in La Belle. We also maintain Access Points in multiple counties and an office in Macon.
