Adult and Dislocated Worker
One Stop Operator, Staffing and Fiscal Functions
The NEMO Workforce Development Board is soliciting applications through a Request for Proposal process for a One Stop Operator, Staffing, and Fiscal Functions that will serve the Northeast Region jobseekers with training and education opportunities and assist business customers in building a talent pipeline. The Adult and Dislocated Worker Program is authorized under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Adult serving organizations are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) as an important step toward building a network of integrated services, one that helps our adult and dislocated workers build skills that will improve their lives and build the local economy. The Title I WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Program will be conducted throughout the sixteen northeast Missouri counties.
The contract funding period awarded under this RFP will be July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, with an option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. Responses should, at a minimum, meet the specifications contained in the RFP to be considered.
Sealed proposals will be received until 3 p.m. April 2, 2021. A public opening of proposals will take place via Zoom on April 2, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. CDT at the NEMO WDB Office located at 111 East Monroe Street, Paris, MO 65275. The Zoom link will be provided on this page as well as sent to all of the bidders via email.
